Ethical people will not want to rip others off by false advertising. I often recognise a two-faced person when I meet them - a person whose smile is too wide, and too insincere - they nod, pretend that they are listening, then shoo you on your way. The customer leaves with the impression that they were not considered important, or were only considered important from a cold business point.
