There is nothing worse than a site that has been saturated in adverts, some of which completely out of context due to poorly executed ad campaigns.
if your going to spend the money, do it right or don't do it at all.

I want to say something here.. is that customer referral program works best for many business, the only thing you need to make sure your affiliates/referrer get some good incentives, I have seen company called Amway, they have build huge customer base on refer program.

I just want to add the following...

Form all the referral leads the best leads are the 'natural referral leads'. Not the referral leads from an affiliate or an award program. The best leads are from friends and relatives that on a spur of the moment will mention your name, since it comes to their head and not because they are thinking of getting some incentive.

People can smell out selfish incentives and if they think that the referrer is getting something out of the deal it lowers the states of the referred party in their eyes.
