The problem with the mentality of a robin hood tax is the very people you want to tax are the ones that pay very little if any tax as is due to the nature of their financial arrangements. Any of the bighitters who are currently being taxed and are likely to get taxed by this robbing the good tax will just take their business elsewhere, if the cost of uprooting and moving is less than the additional tax then we will have a mass exodus on our hands.
