The FTSE All-Share Index is the aggregation of the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE Small Cap Indices comprising around 800 of more than 2,000 companies that are traded on the London Stock Exchange. To qualify for a listing on this index a company must have a full listing on the London Stock Exchange with a Sterling or Euro dominated price on SETS or SETSmm or a firm quotation on SEAQ or SEATS, and must meet a number of other eligibility requirements.

The FTSE All-Share Index was based on 10 April 1962 with a starting level of 100.
