How to decide on which platform to promote your ClickBank products without a website

The choice of which one of the above free-traffic options is ultimately down to you. But I suggest you use whichever of the platforms you’ve had prior experience with before.

For example, if you already have a Facebook account and you are familiar with how to use and work with Facebook, choose this one to start with. Or perhaps you are a fan of Instagram or even Twitter, choose these instead. But if you have experience with more than one of these social media platforms, choose the one you feel most comfortable with.

However, if you’ve not used any of the above platforms before, and you’ve not had any online social media exposure, then I’d suggest you use either Facebook, Instagram or YouTube initially. The amount of free traffic to each of these social media sites is huge. Plus they are all free to join.

There are many successful people making money online with both Facebook and Instagram. However, if you feel that Twitter is more your thing, go for this. Facebook is free to use and it’s likely you already have your own Facebook account and profile. If you do, this is a bonus, as it makes the platform more familiar to you, which could help you when getting started on your ClickBank money making journey.

However, to promote ClickBank products on Facebook, you are best advised to set up a separate business Facebook Page for your online business. This is free to do and will be linked to your existing account and profile. This is very easy to set up and to have it working like your very own website, but without the cost of buying your own domain name, hosting fees and website building.

You’ll then need to post articles, video content, images and other things that will generally be of interest to your target niche. However, this will take time to build up an audience doing it organically (i.e. without using Facebook paid for traffic). You will need to be patient and consistent with your posting.

The alternative is to create Facebook ads. When Facebook ads are done correctly, they will convert well. However, if you don’t have a lot of money to begin with, this may be more challenging for you. But also, before you begin to run Facebook ads, make sure to read Facebook ads policies first. Ignore these at your peril, as Facebook can and will shut your account down if you violate their rules.

But YouTube might be a better option to begin your Click#bank affiliate marketing journey, as YouTube works more by putting the right content with a video using keywords.

In terms of users, YouTube is second to Facebook having over two billion users worldwide. But also, YouTube is a great media platform for promoting your ClickBank affiliate products, but there’s a catch.

The catch with YouTube is that you need video content. To get video content, you either need to create videos yourself or have someone else create the videos for you.

The are many ways to create videos for YouTube, like using online video creation tools like Animoto. Animoto is easy to use and you don’t have to be in front of the camera yourself if you don’t want to. You can use images and voice overs instead.

However, just like the other social media channels already mentioned, you can also use their paid-for adverts.

If you’re serious about making money from affiliate marketing and you’re happy to put some investment into your online business, then consider these options too. These are traffic sources that I list at the beginning of this article that will require an investment from you.

But like the social media channels already explained, they don’t require you to have your own website. Asa reminder, these were:

3. Can you sell ClickBank products on eBay without your own website?

Let’s take a look:

1. Make money with ClickBank on Google without your own website

It is possible to make money from Google without your own website, but to do this you will need to spend some money.

The first alternative is to buy adverts with Google Pay Per Click. To make money with ClickBank in this way, you’ll need to buy adverts from Google and direct them straight to your affiliate’s website using an affiliate link.

However, this may not work and could become quite costly to begin your online journey. So I wouldn’t recommend this route to begin with.

The best way to start making money from Google is to take advantage of the free traffic. What I mean by this is to optimise your own website for search terms and build a blog in your chosen niche.

However, this will require you to learn how to build a website after buying your own domain name and pay for hosting fees. This method of promoting ClickBank products also means you will need to generate your own content. That means you’re going to have to write articles.

This is all very doable and can be learned, however, if you don’t feel inclined to create your own website at this stage, I’d count this option out.

2. Make money on ClickBank using an email list without your own website

Email works well, but in order for it work you first need a database or a list of people to email to.

So just how do you an email build a list?

One of the easiest ways to build an email list is to do this from your own website, but if you don’t feel inclined to do this yet, what are your options.

You could sign up to Click Funnels to build a landing page, which is easy to do and they have many templates to choose from. Then sign up to an autoresponder like Aweber which is software that manages subscribers and allows you to automate your emails.

After this there are many ways to get subscribers to your email list. These include using all of the social media sites listed above like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. But you could also but traffic too, but this can get quite expensive if you don’t have much money to begin.

If you send people directly to your affiliate offer, as described in all of the above options, whether the person buys or not you have lost them as a potential future customer of yours.

This reason for this is that one this customer hits that affiliate landing page, you’re unlikely to see them again. If they decide not to buy, that’s it they’re gone. You may have paid for that lead and that money would be wasted.

However, if on the other hand you have an email list, which you build by creating a landing page first, these customers will sign up to your list before they are directed to the affiliate link. You collect their email address and start to build a relationship with them.

3. Can you sell ClickBank products on eBay without your own website

Finally what about using eBay to make money from ClickBank products? This is possible, but probably the best way to do this is to go to elance.com and commission a writer to write a 50 page mini-ebook on a topic in your niche. For example, “How to make money on ebay” or on “dog training” etc.

The first factor in making money with ClickBank is to choose a great offer. ClickBank is packed with affiliate products, which can make it difficult to choose, but let’s review some quick and easy steps of how to choose a wining niche product.

Choosing your niche in the first place can be a bit daunting, but if you narrow your search down to these three key topics, you cut out some of the ‘noise’.

1. Health and fitness.
2. Wealth and finance.
3. Relationships.

If you stick to the above three top earning niches, you can’t really go wrong. The key thing about each of these top niches is they are evergreen. This means that they are always popular and will always sell online. But most important, once you’ve chosen your niche, stick with it.

Don’t start up three separate niche campaigns. Instead cut your teeth on say Wealth and finance, and then when this is making you money, only then consider adding a second niche to your portfolio.

Once you’ve chosen your niche and some products in that niche from ClickBank, you need to begin promoting them. Go back over the ideas in this article and decide which of the methods I’ve explained.
